REAL ESTATE: Randy Byrd is a real estate coach, team leader, and entrepreneur. 19 years as a Real Estate Broker, licensed in CA & OR, 29 years as a General Contractor, Past Keller Williams Team Leader, Past Keller Williams Operating Principal, full-time Coach for 9 years, Speaker-Trainer-Mentor. He coached for 4 years with the #1 coaching company, Tom Ferry Coaching before starting his own brand, Byrdhouse Development, Inc. Now he is a Performance Coach for SUCCESS Coaching and Team Leader with eXp. His eXp organization has over 900 agents in over 30 states domestically and 4 countries internationally. 

Randy is passionate about everything he does. This has led to success with his event speaking and coaching for business building. Randy began his speaking career in 2005. Randy has shared the stage with legends like Dr. John Gray, Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus, Dr. Bill Andrews, Ph.D.- Molecular Biologist, and Noble prize-winning team member of Telomere Research, Fortune 500 CEOs, NASDAQ traded Founders, and the industries top agents. Also, serving his community as emcee for Peace Officer of the year, Fireman of the Year, President of the Airshow, and a host of other public speaking engagements for private groups and community organizations.

He also has a second massive team of 32,000 people in his organization with Isagenix International, a health supplement company. His personal “secret” fountain of youth! He is also the host of “Like a Boss Podcast” and Tuesday Titans which focuses on high-performance interviews. Past shows include Navy Seals, Legendary Authors, and absolute badasses.

Randy’s commitment to helping others is only rivaled by his commitment to his family. His girlfriend Kursti runs the day-to-day ops as Director of Growth. Together, they have 6 kids and 4 grandkids. Currently, they reside in the beautiful Central Valley of Albany, Oregon in the summer and you’ll find him on the golf courses of Puerto Rico during the winter months.

Andrea Beem

Andrea is the owner of The Beem Team LLC, Motivational speaker, member of the Albany Area Chamber of Commerce since 2011, and previous MAPS Mastery Coach. Andrea has also served in many capacities on the Willamette Association of Realtors, including Secretary/Treasurer, State Representative, President Elect, Interim President, and President, She served on the Associate Leadership Council with Keller Williams Realty Mid Willamette. The Beem Team received the Small Business of the Year award in 2015. She is a ICON agent at eXp Realty.

Giving back and being community involved is a major priority and passion for Andrea. A few examples of her service are: 5 years with the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation Heart of the Valley chapter, 5 years participated with DHS Boxes and Bows Program to help fill wish lists for children in foster care, Serving on a Hurricane Harvey Relief Crew in Texas, Participating for the last 9 years in the annual “Red Day," and Serves on her church board as Associate Pastor. 

She is a mother of 2 boys so you can find her at her son's school events, whether it is baseball, wrestling, or football. She also loves outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, hunting, fishing, archery. You can also catch her curled up with a really good book when she can sneak away the time.

Jeff Sutherlin

I have excelled in many different roles in my career ranging from microchip operations, project management, real estate, and financial services. My passion is for developing strong teams and running profitable businesses. I know how to bring out the best in people and help them achieve their career goals. I do this by being authentic, having "tuned-in" emotional intelligence, and by working side by side with others to reach goals. Lastly, I am a good teammate and I am impeccable with my word. 

I am highly skilled at bringing people to a new level of sales production and better results in the workplace. I have black belt coaching skills and I love to lead organizations that have a strong vision. Most of my career I have spent in the real estate industry, which I love. I have great knowledge in several aspects of the industry including sales, brokerage compliance, lending, warranties, appraisals, inspections, and title and escrow. I am fully equipped to lead strong companies which value the customer experience.

I love to speak at companies that value culture, training, and retention. In fact, I have been a Brian Buffini facilitator, Dave Ramsey instructor, and a Keller Williams International Master Faculty member. I love connecting with people where they are in the moment. As John Maxwell says, "Everyone communicates, but not everyone connects."

Personally, I love to help my kids succeed in life. I do that by being very involved in their activities and sporting events. For fun, I enjoy reading, and exercising. I have a passion for coaching youth and I have done that for over ten years. Due to my passion for helping others, I have spear headed many charitable events. I have been married to my bride for almost 25 years and I plan to be married to her the rest of my life. Everyday I wake up to try to change someone's life for the better. I believe that the conversation IS the relationship.
